OPERATION METHODS:
1. Ultrasonic OperationMethods:
A: To choose ultrasonic hammers according to the size of parts which need to
be treated
B: To put the hammers’ sockets into ultrasonic outlet sockets
C: To turn on the key of ultrasonic On & Off so to make the WORK indication
light on
D: To Install the treatment time according to the treator’s needs (To press the
key for increasing working time or to press the key for reducing working time.
The longest time to set on is 60 minutes.
E: To install the ultrasonic treatment energy according to the treators’ needs
(To press the key for increasing ultrasonic energy or reducing ultrasonic energy
with total 10 grades.
F: To change the ultrasonic outlet forms during treating according to treators’
needs. ( To press the key for ultrasonic forms exchange).
2. Cold & Hot Hammer OperationMethods
A.: To insert the socket of cold & hot hammer into the outlet socket of cold &
hot hammer
B: To press the key for working
C: To press the On & Off key on cold & hot hammers’ arms
D: To set up the treatment time according to the treators’ needs (To press the
key for increasing working time or to press the key for reducing working time.
The installed working time for this machine is 60 minutes.
3. The operation Methods for miniature
A: To press the miniature On & Off Key
B: To set up the treatment time according to treators need ( To press the key for
increasing working time or reducing working time, the longest time for working
is 60 minutes)
C: To adjust the miniature trength adjustment knob so togetthebesteffection.
Note: When the installed time is zero,all function stops working. You must turn on
the power switch before operating every function, then press the On & Off Key on
cover boards.
